Nature Made SAM-e Giveaway

***Giveaway Closed: Congrats to Catharine!***

I've heard so many good things about Nature Made vitamins over the years, but have never tried them before. To be honest, I'm not always great at remembering to take any kind of pill daily.

However, when I heard about Nature Made SAM-e Complete, I knew I wanted to give it a try. SAM-e is designed to help you maintain a balanced mood by replenishing your body's levels of SAM-e (which stands for s-adenosylmethionine, which is formed from the essential amino acid methionine and adenosine triphosphate.)
How does SAM-e work?

According to the SAM-e Complete site, in a nutshell SAM-e helps other molecules in the brain do their jobs making you feel like your normal self. When SAM-e levels run low, those other molecules can’t do their jobs as effectively, and you can feel out of sorts from a mood standpoint.

I've had the chance to try SAM-e for the last few weeks, and have noticed an improvement in my mood. But I also changed my diet drastically recently, so I can't specifically attribute the mood change to one or the other.

Nature Made SAM-e Complete recently launched a campaign called Give a Smile. They are working with Dream Factory, the second largest children’s wish-granting organization in the US, to grant the wishes of three children suffering from a critical or chronic illness. SAM-e will donate to a child’s wish for every social action you complete (like uploading an image to their mosaic).

Win It: One lucky reader will win 3 months worth of SAM-e complete, a Nature Made aluminum water bottle and mood journal.

To enter: Tell me why you'd like to try SAM-e.

  4. This product can elevate mood and work to eliminate joint pain. The Nature Made Rewards Program gives rebates, so it helps to defray the cost.
