Race Car Button

Why is it that any time I have a blemish on my face, someone's got to point it out? Like I'm not self-conscious about it already?!

Momma, you need some lotion for your face, you've got a big red spot.

It's okay, it's just a boo-boo.

Oh, it looks more like a race car button.

Seriously? Thanks, kid.

Well, at least I got a giggle out of it.

My daughter was staring at my chin once and then asked 'why do some people have skin that dnagles from their chin?"

Yup, that can deflate a day. :)

Ha ha, that's brilliant. When I'm looking a bit rough and I haven't bothered to do my hair (ie brush it) my 7 year old says: 'are you having an off day mummy?'
So diplomatic at such a young age!

I get the same thing. OK, maybe not the race car button comment, but they are along the same line. Either way, it makes you feel REAL good.

Sometimes the honesty is just brutal!

A race car button? :D

My daughter likes to point at mine, "What's that big red spot?"

They're so good for the ego... :)
