I'm finally posting my Think Thin Thursday on time! It's been a long week in our house, with one germ or another going around. However, I have managed to do my workouts with the little one. We had a blast dancing around together, and I even got in a 45 minute workout on my own. Overall, it was a pretty successful week for us.
I'm still fighting the caffeine battle. My love for Mountain Dew is much bigger than I'd like to admit, and the caffeine headaches that plague me when I don't have it are awful. So, I've continued having it in moderation, and have gotten myself down to just one soda a day.
My goal this week is continue working out, and introduce much more water into my daily life. I hate to say that I rarely drink water, but it's the truth. I'll have to stop and buy a few bottles because our tap water leaves something to be desired.

I'm having a hard time with caffeine headaches too. I hope they go away soon. Good luck this week!
I gave up my energy drinks about a month ago. The withdrawal headaches were killer. It took about a week.

I need to drink coffee every morning or I end up with headaches midday, but I've been trying to stay away from soda too. I'm glad to hear you had a good week!
Good Job on cutting out the caffiene! That's my goal from last week & I did it! Yay!
I hear ya on the "bugs" going around...I just got the stomach flu! Maybe I'll lose a pound or two this weekend! Hee hee...
Keep up the good work! Hopefully the caffeine withdrawl goes away soon. One a day is a big improvement!
