With summer here, it seems like I should I have so much more time to get dinner ready in the evenings. I mean, there's no school, no soccer. It seems like I have all the time in the world to get dinner together. And yet, 5 o'clock rolls around and I often find myself staring at the pantry thinking about what I can get on the table in under 20 minutes.

My favorite chicken recipe is chicken pockets.
Marinate the chicken, grill or cook in a pan. Mix with cream cheese and whatever veggies you want. They get a tube of crescent rolls, unroll and seperate into 4 squares. Put your filling in the middle of each square, wrap it up in the crescent roll and bake!
i make chicken twice a week by broiling and covering with sweet pepper and onion
making fajitas- hey we have chicken several times a week- affordable and tastes good- this is great for salads or pastas

Chicken fajitas is my fav
One of my favorite chicken recipes is something I had at a restaurant called "Chicken Elizabeth". It's flattened boneless chicken breasts, stuffed with chopped spinach and gouda cheese, then topped with a white sauce. It is awesome!
I serve it mainly when I make mexican food like in tortillas or tacos.
