Yummy Yogurt & A Giveaway

In our house, we all love yogurt. But, we all eat it in our own special way. Little man loves his extra sweet, hubby likes his smooth, and I like mine with fruit and granola mixed in. Yummy!

Recently, we had the chance to try Yoplait Yo-Plus Blueberry Acia. I have to say, everyone was able to enjoy it. It had that hint of sweetness the little one likes, but it was smooth and fruity too, making hubby and I both happy as well.

I hate to admit i'm not that healthy. I go on spurts of healthy eating, but fall back into the trap. When I eat healthy I usually eat salads, veggies, lean protein, and fruit.

Woo hoo! Another chance to win the yogurt prize pack! To maintain a healthy diet, I have quit drinking sodas except for the occasional Sprite once a week. It was hard, I had to quit to caffeine free sodas first. And then I realized caffeine free sodas still had tons of sugar and drinking them every day still wasn't doing any good for me.

I always have fresh fruit and veggies at home, buy whole wheat bread (or bake at home), get low-fat milk and yogurt, and carry healthy snacks - baby carrots, bananas, and cheerios are favorites.

I must confess that I don't eat at healthy as I should. Sometimes I just can't pass up the Peanut M&Ms. But I'm trying. I try to have fresh fruit and veggies in the fridge that I can grab when i get hungry. Thanks for the review and giveaway!

My biggest downfall has always been at the supermarket, so this year I made sure I stopped buying junk. If it's not in the house, we can't eat it. I keep healthy snacks for everyone in the house.

I have been trying to cut out the sugar and fat. And also trying to keep the calorie intake between 1200 to 1500 calories per day. THat includes adding more veggies and fruit to the diet.

The biggest thing I have learned to do is to pay attention to what I eat. It sounds so simple, but I didn't do it for most of my life! Now, after becoming a lifetime member of WW, I have finally figured out how to literally 'watch' what I eat! Portion control and smart choices are everything!

What I do to stay healthy? I feed my family and I 3 balanced meals a day. We eat a lot more fruit. Candy has been semi banned in our home.

I haven't been much of a healthy eater most of my life. My husband who is now ill and on a strict diet
has made me make changes in my life. I am now trying but now just adding more fruit and vegetables to my diet.

I exercise 3 times a week at least for an hr at a time. I also try to eat low fat and low sugar. Currently I am trying to limit my intake of soda and drink flavored water instead. Would love to win this gift pak!!!
