Rainbow Pancakes

Breakfast had a little inspiration. A snowy, blustery day always fuels the need for something bright and fun.

Oh, and if you're wondering, yes there are extra orange ones. Apparently someone put the wrong colored lid on the yellow. I didn't realize until it was too late and was too lazy to make more batter.

Went over to the blog to check them out and can't believe the negative feedback she received for posting these pancakes. I guess I'm a bad mom too cause I'm soooo making these this weekend!

That's a cool idea. My son isn't a fan of pancakes or any kind of bread but maybe he'll eat them if they are colored.

They look delicious! Did you just add food coloring to them? I think I am going to have to try this.

What a fantastic idea!! I love tinting the batter in cakes. This is brilliant, I'll be trying this for sure!

Rainbow pancakes what a cool idea. These are something that could be adopted at any event and think they would be particularly applicable to a Baby Shower. You could choose the colouring to fit in with the overall theme of the event. Thanks for the idea.
