Requests from the Tent

Sometimes you just need to get away. Even if you are 4. And even if it's just behind the flaps of a tent.
But, it's still nice to know that momma is right outside. While you're saving animals and calling people on your imaginary phone, she's just a few steps away. Just close enough to get all the snacks, drinks, and "supplies" for the expedition.
Ahh, the joys of being a momma animal rescuer's assistant.

Too cute, looks like fun! I think I need a tent to get away. Do you think the kids would stay out ... LOL

What a cute post...it made me chuckle. And the name of your blog made me laugh too! I think they need to make one of those tents for moms...where the flap only works one way so they can get a break until they're ready to face it all again!

Ah, isn't that the truth? I remember how fun having a tent was as a child and it's now one of my kids' favorite toys as well.

Great perspective and a super cute post!

How cute! There are few things that bring out the imagination more than a tent. Except maybe a cardboard box. :-) (And I can understand the need to get away for a little while!)

My little boys love their private time in their tent, too. Just like your little man, they take regular peeks to make sure I'm still sitting right beside them!
