Super Natural Home Book Review

Like any mom out there, I worry about my little one's health. I worry about what he could get into, what he's eating, what could make him sick. Basically, I worry about everything. I want my child to grow up healthy, but I know there a lot of things out there that can make him (or me) sick.

Recently, I had the chance to read Super Natural Home by Beth Greer. The book focuses on ways to "improve your health, home, and planet."
About the book
Greer was inspired to write Super Natural Home after a medical crisis inspired her to reconsider her lifestyle. While she thought she was living green, she realized there were many other changes that could benefit her life and health. The book is meant to encourage readers to look into their own lives and see how they could improve their personal choices, allowing them a healthier, cleaner lifestyle.

About the author
Greer is an award-winning journalist and holistic health advocate. She is the former president and co-owner of The Learning Annex, an alternative adult education company, and she is the founder of Super Natural Mom.

What I thought
Super Natural Home is easy to understand and filled with tips anyone can follow. Not only does Greer offer advice and ideas, she offers specific ways to reach your goals. Throughout the book, she also offers additional resources and companies that sell truly organic products. For someone looking to go organic, Greer offers an expansive list of products that fit the bill.

The practicality of the ideas, allows the book to be utilized by anyone. I would consider this book a valuable resource for anyone who wants a cleaner planet, home, and lifestyle. As a mom, finding ways to keep my little one protected from toxins is very important, and Super Natural Home is great tool to help me do just that.

I'm so much more aware of all the chemicals around the house now that I have little ones roaming around. This book looks very informative!

I will have to be checking that out for sure! I've been looking at how I can be "green" and natural around our house! It's crazy what chemicals can be in things and with babies, not what I want.

Scott has MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity), so we are always trying to use more natural products at home. Reducing chemicals used in our home is always a plus. This books sounds perfect for us.
