Spring Has Arrived-Finally

It was over 70 degrees out yesterday. 70 degrees! I'm so excited to see spring finally arriving. Even though the little one is still fighting off this cold, we had to get outside. It was too nice of a day to stay indoors.

So, we built a blanket fort to read books in:We checked out the flowers:
And we even braved the rummage sale nearby, where we found this for 25 cents:
How was your weekend?

It was a nice day here also. We took our daughter to the park for the first time. Good looking castle for .25!

Spring has sprung here, too! :) I used to build blanket forts to read books in when I was a kid...and I had that exact same castle! My parents held onto it, so when we were out there visiting last year, they sent it home with us for the Princess Nagger. Great job finding one for 25 cents! Awesome bargain! :)

How great! Glad you enjoyed the nice weather. I spent some time reading outside over the weekend as well. :-) Now if only the warm, sunny days would stick around!

we haven't gotten QUITE that high yet, but I tell you, Ryan has a castle VERY similar to that if not the same one, and he LOVES it.
