Pace Review

Lately we've been trying to get some new foods on the menu around here. Hubby is more than tired of coming home to meatloaf, Shepard's Pie, or chicken casseroles every night.

Recently, we had the chance to try Pace's Pinapple Mango Chipolte Salsa. We used the specialty salsa to make Pace Chicken with Pineapple Mango Salsa. The recipe was simple and quick. All in all it was prepped, cooked, and on the table in under 45 minutes.

Hubby and I both enjoyed the new meal. We paired the chicken with cornbread muffins and a salad. The chicken, topped with salsa, was a perfect mix of freshness and spice. It will definitely be making it's way into our meal rotation.

Pace's specialty salsas are offered in 6 other varieties: Black Bean & Roasted Corn, Triple Pepper, Tequila Lime, Mexican 4-Cheese, Salsa Verde, and Pico de Gallo.
